2 times today the refs have not been able to hear each other. Wild.
Tough way to go out for Bengals fans. And while most fans will blame Ossai (or the refs) they will fail to point out that Burrow played like ass for most of the night. Especially in the 4th quarter, aside from the 4th down bomb.
Denied the rematch from 2019.
Niners were well on their way to winning that game. Bad non challenge by Shanny but until it was obvious Niners were not getting purdy back they were controlling eagles overrated offense.
You're such a fool.
The Niners stopped the eagles for like 3 drives. And many of the successes built from that was based on Special Teams victories. Eagles dominated the game.
Sure you'll be a loser whiner and be like "BUT PURDY WAS OUT" and that's fine.
You got controlled, Eagles ran for 148 yards and said "Our D's got this" and beat your ass like a drum.
You can play the ifs and butts game, but your classless team got their asses whooped.
Niners were not the better team even if Purdy never got injured. Eagles defense generated constant pressure all night and would have forced multiple TOs even if Purdy was at QB. Again, the Niners should have lost last week if not for Dak being Dak. Brock Purdy wasn't going to make a difference in that game. I'm not saying he won't be better in the future, but if you think he was gonna ball out vs that ferocious Eagles defense as 7th round rookie with like 7 games under his belt, you are a fool.
Constant pressure against a complete bum in Johnson.
Again, as good as your historical analysis.
Did pressure not cause the fumble and injury to Purdy? Hmmm..... Some of those plays the Eagles were in the backfield immediately after the ball was snapped. How exactly was Brock Purdy gonna do anything different with a guy in his face? Again, against Dallas last week, we saw how bad Purdy and the Niners offense struggled to move the ball under constant pressure. Yesterday was no different, regardless of who was QB.
And the Eagles marched down the 49ers throat on the first drive of the game. Then a couple drives later, after the Niners scored, they marched right down the field again and scored. The Eagles were CLEARLY the more talented team as Hurts set in a mostly clean pocket most of the game and they had several long sustained drives.
The difference in this week and last week is that the Eagles offense is actually good.
Marched on their throat? They basically stalled out at midfield but Shanny missed the challenge.
You are as clueless with sports as you are with politics.
There are lots of reviews of the Dallas game that actually showed Purdy didn't have options and from a decision making perspective had a good game. He would have shredded the Eagles overrated defense.
Lol, wut? It doesn't matter if you think that play was legit or not. It was balls, The 49ers failed to stop it. And most importantly it counted. So yes, they marched down their throats. And they did it again a couple drives later.
Give me a break on that "review" ****. I've said for weeks that Purdy hasn't been tested against a complete team and that he would struggle if he had to be the focal point in the offense against a great defense. Guess what? He struggled last week vs a great defense where he had to be the focal point. The Cowboys were in his face constantly. And he played extremely conservative because of it. Yesterday, the Eagles defense actually created MORE pressure than the Cowboys did. But somehow Purdy was gonna play world's better vs the Eagles than he did vs the Cowboys? GTFOH.
Dude just take the L. You ain't winning this one. Just like the 49ers yesterday.
