Reports: Marcell Ozuna Arrested For Domestic Battery

Seriously. When has a player contract been voided. Oduouche with the Faillies still got paid. HO got paid Remember it is how we got Kemp. We are stuck with that contract till the end.
 
The police report is going to be what we want to see. That would give the details and give us an idea of the allegations and how serious they are. The fact he’s being held without bond, I take that as a bad sign
 
The police report is just brutal. These alleged acts are disturbing to say the least. I thought it might be bad based on the fact he was being held without bond, but it goes beyond bad. I know what his wife did last year and all that, but that gives absolutely no excuse for Ozuna to do these acts. Just disturbing. The Braves may have a decision to make on Marcell's future.

Hard to say that for certain, but the charges detailed in the police report are really bad. So bad that him being cut, you have to consider that possibility

Don't forget this point, the police saw him do it. Just unreal
 
Yeah...I doubt he’s going to prison.

But he’s undoubtedly played his last game in a Braves uniform and quite possibly his last in MLB.

Very sad all around.
 
The fact that his wife wasn't seriously injured might keep him from prison. What kind of person uses a cast as a weapon on a loved one?
 
Man that sucks. Waste of talent from a baseball perspective and I’d guess he’s done here. Hopefully we can void his contract.
 
If injuries aren’t bad he’s likely to get off lightly from the legal system but MLB will hire special master Gloria Allred who will suspend him for life but we’ll have to donate all of his contract money to victims of domestic violence while fining us for not releasing him within 10 minutes of the first rumor of his arrest on social media.

Official reports are always dramatic. I don’t believe anything before full due process. I feel like there is some truth but if injuries aren’t significant it may be highly dramatized as police usually do.
