Sorry, I was talking about the Ukraine impeachment, one of the other scandals of this failed administration.

Are you saying the reason so many democrats were elected in 2018 was because voters thought OO was guilty of Russian collusion (which he was, btw) and they should have to turn their seats over to the GOP?

The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit will rehear en banc the case involving the dismissal of charges against Flynn. The hearing is scheduled August 11. The decision to rehear the case suggests the the initial ruling is likely to be overturned.

The timeline could get interesting. It could be months before a decision is announced.

I for one want the public to know as much as possible about what government officials say and do and that includes the people I support. No one is forced to run for office. They should have less privacy not more. Given the rate of criminality by lawmkers I suggest we use stop and frisk on them at Capitol Hill..... you know... for public safety.

I was pretty certain this was going to happen. By the time a case is in sentencing its already settled. If there is new evidence then they can petition the court for a new trial. They didnt want to do that because they know it would be rejected and even if got a new trial he has still has no reasonable defense. Perfect world scenario for Flynn even if he beats these charges he is guilty of committing perjury when he twice admitted he was guilty under oath and also admitted under oath that he was not set up by the FBI. By claiming his innocence now he is confessing to 3 counts of perjury. I believe the judge was considering contempt charges against him for that.

Misha is definitely in jeopardy for perjury. But he hasn't been charged with that...yet.
 
Well the guy who would make that call doesnt think there is even enough evidence to investigate Roger Stone's commutation despite saying at his confirmation hearings under oath that it is a crime to pardon or commute someones sentence as a reward for not cooperating with an investigation. If you think it was legit is one thing, to think that there isnt even enough evidence to ask some questions is ludicrous.
