Russia Collusion Scandal (aka A Leftist fantasy)

You're making assertions about CRIME and he's talking about FEDERAL CRIME. I'll do you the courtesy of not saying that you're lying, only massively distorting what's being alleged.

The Federal CJ system is a small subset of the country, and it is, as I said, disproportionately skewed to the border regions. Do you understand why citing these numbers could be highly misleading?

Where his dishonesty is peeking through is in suggesting that this extremely skewed and limited data set supersedes all other study of the issue.

Clown question, bro.

Well I suspect more studies will come out using actual data from the government.

I'm sure you will make an argument soon that the increase in rape/knife attacks/acid attacks in Europe have nothing to with migrants. The virtue signalling on the left knows no bounds. Illegal immigration is a detriment to the host country and it needs to be stopped immediately. Immigration has skyrocketed in recent years and there is an obvious reason that the left will hide from at all costs. You just want votes.

OK. Pivot if you want to. You posted something incorrect. I pointed that out. You cited a source that was misleading. I pointed that out and you acknowledged it. This is where we go next.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion, just please consider thinking harder before you start in on the "feelings" and "emotions" bit.

At least you were spared the sermon on using more analysis and facts in your posts.

So what is your contention? That illegals commit less/same/more crime than American citizens?

And yes - It is a pivot but a pivot to a similar situation which brings a valid point into the conversation.

Whatever you think about the misleading nature of the stats they are true. Illegals commit more crimes than American citizens. A crime is a crime in our country when you are convicted in a court of law.

At least you were spared the sermon on using more analysis and facts in your posts.

You are the one that has always come across as holier than thou with your analysis (which I love) on baseball and the dismissal of anyone that believes there is more to the game than the stats. But all of a sudden you are changing who you are. I have not changed who I am when discussing this issue. I've been open to a change in assessment if even a small piece of evidence has been provided to which at this point has not been provided.

Simple question: was stealing the DNC/Podesta emails a crime?

I don't know what the international laws are, to be honest. If it's considered a crime, then sure.

But here are my thoughts.

1. IF (which is still unproven) the Russians hacked the server, then that is a bad move we should take seriously. We should beef up our cyber security and potentially retaliate.

2. That doesn't diminish what was found, which is what actually swayed voters

3. What does Trump have to with this?

4. I have to roll my eyes at all the Americans screeching that this is the worst thing in the world when they could care less that America "interferes" in other elections. Sure you'll give lip service about how it's hypocritical, but I don't see 100 page threads on it, do you?

5. If America does it, then I would expect other countries to try it to us.

why do they lie about meetings and contacts

what is in Trumps tax returns he wants no one to see ?

why do Nunes and Grassley continually block inquiry

If there is nothing to hide - why do Trumpians continue to act like they have, something to hide ?

and finally how deep in the electoral process have the Russians gotten
.....................................................

The notion that we mess with other countries elections is beside the point.
The point is there are questions as to whether the Trump Campaign enabled or assisted the Russians.

Breaking: Deutsche Bank gave Jared Kushner $300 Million just a day before Trump was elected.

Then Trump fired @PreetBharara who was investigating Deutsche Bank.

That's $300 million reasons for him to betray us.

This is worse than Trump Russia.

Worth noting here that he just appointed an interim USA to that spot, meaning not subject to Senate confirmation.

Oh, he did the same thing in Eastern District NY. And at the Financial Crimes division of the DoJ.

Also perhaps noteworthy that Bharara's office was prosecuting the Prevezon case, which was litigating the $200M+ fraud stemming from the Magnitsky case. DoJ ended up settling the case for $6M.

And Nancy Pelosi is worth $200M... are you interested in prosecuting every gov't official who is rich from corruption? If so, I'd support that cause

thethe is still waiting for the first small piece of evidence of malfeasance.

Only a small thing like that wasn't the reason he was fired. But why discuss facts. A tweet says it all!

How many times can you guys fall for fake news?

i honestly have no clue how someone can be fine with trump lying constantly but then whine about supposed fake news. how do you reconcile that in your head? he says fake things all the time, lies all the time. but that's ok? no biggy?

Boo hoo...trumps a bad man.

I guess we would rather have a president that sells out to terrorists. He's so dignified!
