At least trump came to his senses and didn't raise taxes on americans. Felt like we could have avoided the drama, though
The Belt and Road Initiative is not some sort of hostile takeover. I’m again not opposed to diplomatically reducing China’s influence, but wouldn’t support hostile means to do so.
What is your full estimation of the situation?

I thought tariffs were great because there were going to bring economic security back to the United States.
Instead all we're getting is a re-commitment of previous commitments and a few hallow border promises?
that's not a good deal!
(for the record - I'm thrilled there are no tariffs because that would severely hurt his presidency, but I empathize with thethe's disappointment who must be furious that we won't be bringing manufacturing back to the US for now)
