Actually, this is (inadvertently I think) a great idea this guy has. Given the increasing use of EOs to function as an end-around for legislation that should be done by the *checks notes* legislative branch, I would fully support limiting EOs to the next session of Congress at which time the first order of business is to advance that order to the floor for a vote. Allows for executive action in an emergency and forces Congress to act on an up/down vote instead of ceding that power. I’d be open to Congress being able to vote for an extension to the EO for some set time for deliberations.
