Seems like a demotion for RDS so not sure why he would want to do that (unless this is a means to get the Trump cult to forgive him for defying God).
 
I’m not bothered by Hegseth’s personal problems, but I do question his experience. He’s got the anti-woke bona fides, great, but is he the right guy to oversee a budget of the size he’d be responsible for? I’m not sure. I’d like to think in the DOGE moment we’re in, this could be a time to capitalize on right sizing a defense budget that’s grown out of control for many years, and maybe even pass an audit for once.

RDS would be a home run. Just a matter of whether he’d take it, and whether it’s the best place for him.

Head of department is figurehead for Vision/PR purposes mostly. The deputy secretatries at all these departments are the real COO's of each department.

Trump and RDS do not in fact hate eachother as many online would like people to believe.

They both understand that primary politics are messy and deep down I think RDS knows he was used by anti-trump forces.
 
It’s absolutely ridiculous that a handful of RINO senators are fine confirming Bidens awful picks but won't touch Trumps because of salacious innuendos about nominees past. This is clearly the MIC spreading this nonsense.

Then why is it only happening to them? Plenty of appointments have been presented by Trump that should be horrifying to the Deep State supposedly creating these claims out of thin air, yet it’s only some of them that are getting these stories told about them. And it sure is weird that it happens to be to the weirdly aggressive and self-centered people like Hegseth and Gaetz that are having these kinds of claims stick. It’s almost as if these guys could have actually just committed sex crimes, which is a thing a lot of people do every day. Why is it that you never seem to consider the possibility that at least *some* of these claims about these types of people are true? Do you not think it’s even possible that Hegseth could have done this? Do you think these things just don’t happen or that he’s just a “good” entertainment personality and it’s only the more liberal ones like Diddy that do this?
