Don’t get me wrong, I’m not calling this corrupt, I’m just laughing because for years a whole lot of conservatives mocked the left for being too cozy or beholden to these people only to give them a hero’s welcome once they became based or whatever. It’s especially funny because it was really only the political and pundit class on the left (and whichever Elon fan boys were coincidentally on the left) that ever did anything but dunk endlessly on them even when they were considered left-wing.

None of them are left wing or right wing, they're capitalists, we're the workers. THe sooner people realize the majority of left vs. right is the ruling class pitting the lower classes vs. each other while they get richer and richer, the better.

I’m thrilled the tech world is embracing MAGA because once you become a real man you never go back to being a pussy liberal. We will see a golden age emerge because of this conversion.

It’s no surprise that musk and zuck changed their worldview when they started working out and fighting.

They would be embracing RDS if he won as well. It’s not a trump thing. It’s becoming a man thing.

I'm good with this - We used it to help win the election and now BYE BYE.

Let X take over for that space in the US.

Been saying it for a while. Term 2 will be different. In all reality they didn’t think they’d win in 2016 and were not prepared to establish a new government. At the same time Obama was plotting his coup.

The “feud” with RDS was never real. Hope he enters the fold if he doesn’t go to the senate.

How are you a millenial. No one in their right mind thinks X can substitute tiktok. Elon couldn't dream of engineering that well designed of a social media platform.

This is basically my take on this. Seems like this is basically Netanyahu taking the same deal Biden’s had on the table all along, but it’s also true that Trump got it across the finish line. Did Trump actually just stand up to Bibi instead of standing firm against Hamas, or is Netanyahu just ready to end the campaign and found a way to throw Trump a bone? I’m happy with the outcome and genuinely hope it was that Trump privately wouldn’t support Israel’s onslaught, but it’s hard to square the statements made last week toward Hamas and the conclusion being the exact thing Netanyahu has been opposing for months. Can someone help fill in the gaps?

Lol it's true dude hasn't been heard from since. Hope he's still alive

It was a terrible comment and completely tone deaf based on where we are as a country. It was incredibly disappointing to hear for someone who I think has a bright future in politics.

The only truth in the comment is that hte system is setup to **** American citizens and Vivek completely misses that point.

Associate level coders and Accountants from India are not needed in this country.

What is encouraging is that it seems MAGA has won the H1B1 visa argument. We don't need entry level positions filled from India. Plenty of bright people here to do that and pay good wages.

Unless China built that bank or had those billboards put up through military intervention, I do not support the United States using any sort of military intervention to address it. By all means, invest as much money into Panama as you want to combat Chinese influence in the region. But the objection is to just taking it because we said so.

We get it - You are fine with China's economic coercion but not hte US.

Nobody is talking about military intervention. You are just chasing the shiny object hte leftist media is presenting in front of you.

I just said feel free to out-spend China. The US is welcome to work to gain more influence at the expense of China. The reason military intervention is a talking point right now is because Trump, his surrogates and many of his supporters are suggesting they might not take no for an answer and there’s only so many ways to do that.

You can't outspend a communist dictatorship that has 1B army of slaves.

And you can't outlast the same communist dictatorship that doesn't concern themselves with 'elections'.

So what do you do? Act quickly when you see the encroachment of your enemy.

…with your military superiority, perhaps?

You act fast economically so you don't have to deal with a militarized China with presence around the world.

BUt sure - we should just act like the CCP isn't trying to supplant us as the global hegemon.
