Think I said 5-10 but I probably said a few numbers.

As a pure funding measure you'll need congress to approve funding unless Trump rightfully takes king status and bypasses all together. Not sure he can get to Biden levels on that though.

But about those 300K children? Seems we are so good at tracking ins/outs but not finding children. Seems inconsistent no?
