Second ('Third') Trump Presidency Thread

I’m 100% with you that Washington is full of self-serving grifters. But not every single reaction to an event is evidence of that corruption. USAID does actually help people in extreme need, even if there’s waste around it.

All actual meaningful projects will likely continue at some point. But everything must be mapped out because there have been untold amounts of fraud and theft from the American people.

Sorry, forgot that nothing is ever Trump’s fault.

Yeah - I’m sure you think the transfer of power at all levels happened. Despite actually living through the “resist” years and trump isn’t supposed to have full control of executive branch.

Look at the outrage just because he is actually using his power. “He is installing loyalists!”

Are starvation and Malaria going to take a break too?

Did it stop with aid? Maybe the aid isn’t actually being administered properly. What if no meaningful change in these issues happen without aid? Shouldn’t you then question what the aid is actually for?

Newsflash! People suffer in the world and it isn’t the American taxpayers responsibility to clean it up.

It’s not, but I don’t support helping fewer people so Elon can aggressively shut down things he doesn’t like rather than have Congress act on it.

If you trust the government to use this money in a more efficient way stateside, then you are simply to naïve to function.

I don't have an issue with government oversight to make sure money isn't being wasted on useless endeavors like 50 million in condoms to Gaza or 20 million for gender studies in Egypt. But things like world starvation, helping to fight/cure diseases around the world, supporting displaced refugees in Gaza, etc. are worthwhile efforts that make the world safer at a fraction of a penny for the tax payer.

And believe it or not, a safer world DOES benefit US tax payers.

Trump now says he wants the US to own and develop the Gaza strip. Sure is a lot of forceful expansion talks from the "antiwar" candidate.

Count me in as wanting to stay as far away from Gaza as possible.

It’s such an obvious stay away I have to believe it’s a tactic to get others to play ball. Otherwise trump will be remembered as a disaster.

Do you think this cunt knows how it operates? Or he's just being told to do something by FElon who has an axe to grind

I think it's probablly easy to find out when money is being sent to foreign countires for dumb **** and put it in a list. Politians that are more upset about billions of dollars not going to foreign countires for dumb **** than the big issues we have domestically tells you where their priorities are.

This is why there is a major freakout in DC. Nobody gives a **** about Malaria in Africa.

Teh whole Globalist left apparatus is underwritten by the US taxpayer.

This is why there are protests against Elon and his team. Just the beginning of the skeletons that are about to be made public and it will be a top issue going into the 26 midterms.

Democrats are going to have to explain why all this slush funds are necessary while republicans messaging will be we are going to cut all of this and give money back to the taxpayer.

Underwritten by the American taxpayer - Feel like that was something we should have known right?
