Grain of salt here because families are not reliable witnesses for whether or not someone is in a gang, but the Trump Admin did some crazy **** if these accounts turn out to be true.

Yeah, that’s sort of the problem with drawing swastikas on ****. Even if you *intend* to call the driver a Nazi or whatever, you’re still leaving a bunch of swastikas everywhere and maybe we just shouldn’t do that.

But if you’re deporting non-criminals to foreign super prisons without due process you’re just doing tyranny. That’s why due process is important. I’m actually very pro-deporting gang members, but they do have to be gang members for that to be a reason to dump them in a prison in El Salvador.

Also, Jesus ****ing Christ at “pretending to care” about due process in response to a comment about us possibly sending an asylum seeker to another country to be imprisoned without validating he was a gang member.

Keep fighting it - Non citizens are guaranteed nothing.
