Second ('Third') Trump Presidency Thread

They very publicly did the investigation for years and came to basically the very conclusion I just stated.
Who did? Who controlled that investigation? Couldn’t have been the same people who perpetrated the lies in the first place.

Dems investigated it, Republicans counter-investigated it, it’s been *very* investigated and the consensus was that Russia tried to help Trump win the election, whether Trump was playing ball or not.

Russia was trying to sow discord. Your conclusions referred to are done when information such as Russia held back dirt on HRC was classified.

Ho hum

Over time we always get back to the a basic truth.

Trump was right.

I can't imagine the hysterical nature of some on this forum when Trump struck Iran.
I absolutely will always contend that if we can openly telegraph an incoming strike for weeks, conduct that strike and the country we struck pretends to retaliate and that’s it, the danger imminently posed by that country was perhaps overstated.

That said, while I still vehemently disagree with the act of conducting an act of war on a country we are not at war with on principle, the fear of escalation has proven to be overblown.

Also, can we just all agree to stop elevating Maher as some authority on anything? What role does he even serve aside from being the John Fetterman of television comedy? Progressives don’t care what he says, and the right only care what he says when he’s agreeing with them. His bit is just to bitch about both sides without offering any substantive alternative. If you enjoy that content, by all means continue to enjoy it. But typically he’s pointed at as evidence that some of the left has begun to see reason or shared for some lazy zinger he makes on Trump. It’s exhausting.

man the deal Trump got with the EU is a bear. They got toyed with
Are you going off an announcement or the actual trade agreement? Because, like all the other "deals" they dont actually release the trade agreement

Just like Japan, the EU disagrees with what the US announced

Some economist from Germany was chiming in-

Apparently you can see the mirrored image somehow off the notes they had
