Hopefully a future administration and Congress will vote an apology and reparations to Hernandez and others being harmed by these policies.
 
The Russians play this game all the time. And I imagine we play it too. Perhaps not to the same extent. But it would be naive to assume we don't. What's different here is the public announcement on social media.
