I also don’t consider this to be an appropriate punishment for vandalism.
If a 14 year.old shoots my wife, I suppose im less angry bc they are a minorNo, but I don’t consider punishing a 14-year-old as a grown adult to be appropriate, and do consider sending in the national guard to play police to be government overreach.
Until we start treating personal and printers crimes with hostility, they will continue. Enough is enough

14-year-olds convicted of murder don’t go to fucking time out or have their phone taken away. There still exists a difference between the appropriate sentencing of adults and minors, but that doesn’t mean the murder isn’t treated as a murder. If a 14 year.old shoots my wife, I suppose im less angry bc they are a minor
Ten years is insane. You don’t think, for instance, a person who destroys a statue would find 2 years in prison to be hostile? We imprison people for too long.Until we start treating personal and printers crimes with hostility, they will continue. Enough is enough
They really should be humiliated but I think they think they are all brilliant
"Listless vessel" comes to mind
lolYou already made up your mind years ago, don’t bother learning any more
do you not believe DC is a crime infested shithole?
Congrats, America. We will now be safe again from people drinking or smoking on their porches in one city. And all it’ll cost us is a giant pile of cash.
I don’t believe that the solution is to send a bunch of military equipment and have roaming police forces chasing down people drinking or smoking in front of their houses.do you not believe DC is a crime infested shithole?
I used to live there and it was a big reason I left
what about actually punishing criminals?I don’t believe that the solution is to send a bunch of military equipment and have roaming police forces chasing down people drinking or smoking in front of their houses.
Sure, I’m not opposed to steps taken to improve the enforcement of crimes. Where I tend to object is in the infringements of the rights of the accused and of those who just happen to live *around* crime, and the inequities present within our justice system that punish people simply for being poor.what about actually punishing criminals?
