Shooting at Mosque in Christchurch...

There is a case for distinguishing between radical Islam and other forms of the religion. Neither you nor Anning make that case. Instead we have in Anning's statement the claim that the entire religion is a violent ideology.

Their prophet is the exact emdoiment of that.

"invading caravans"

"population replacement"

"white genocide"

I'm afraid these deranged ideas have gone mainstream. They are a feature not a bug of the paranoid right. People like Bannon and Miller are entirely at home peddling these ideas. Got to keep the folks from the ****hole countries out.

Under normal circumstances, I could support the wall or more fencing. Under current circumstances, it represents something repugnant that must be resisted.

Are people supposed to pretend that radical islam isnt a problem?

The statement is harsh but to say there is a complete lack of truth is dishonest.

Yet here you have been for years not denouncing white supremacy. Saying that there were “very fine people there” too. You scream from the rafters about Muslims not denouncing something and this happens and this is your response? Just like your dear leader. Cowards

Sit down and shut the **** up dolt.

That you peddle this bull**** still and in this thread is sickening

There were very fine prople there. The fact that you are a pathetic sheep of MSM screams to your low IQ.

You are the worst of this country and your complacency with white supremacy is well noted

Yes, because acknowledging that not every person who attended is a whote supremacist is a bad thing.

That fact that you think that speaks to trye hatred.

1) paranoid check

2) not factual check

3) demonizes an entire group (in this case the "left") check

I’m sure there are some elements of the “manifesto” that are trolling, but regardless, this guy was obviously a radicalized white supremacist obsessed with so-called “white genocide.” Committing mass murder in the name of that ideology is quite enough without the trolling, don’t you think?

Mainstreaming the language of the far-right nativist fringe (i.e. “invasion,” using the language of diseases and plague, suggesting that immigrants are rapists and killers) is not helping, whether that language is coming from the floor of Congress, the White House, or message board posters.

Saying this is far right when he felt chinas system of government was ideal is disingenuous. Not all hatred is defaulted as right wing.

And let's make no mistake. We have a president who has made a mighty contribution to mainstreaming those ideas. He has been happy to accept the support of people on the nativist fringe and I think they are quite happy with the return on their investment.

What he claims to admire about China is its—in his view—ethnic homogeneity. Jesus, man. It’s textbook far-right ethno-nationalism.

This is just like the Tree of Life shooting, just like Breivik, just like Quebec City, just like Charlottesville, just like Charleston. Young white guy radicalized online by right-wing extremist thought. What really bugs me is the extent to which it has been normalized.

And there’s some extreme myopia, in evidence on these boards, about how pervasive it is and who’s to blame for allowing it to be normalized.

So the fact that other racial groups prefer their own race is an example of white supremancy or is it natural tribal menatality?

Yet its branded universally as a white nationalist thought process exclusively as if the 'whiteness' spurs this thought.

This is textbook racism against white people.

I have my opinions about, say, Chinese erasure of the Tibetan culture or their treatment of the Uighers. But that’s not nearly so present in my mind as the concerns about white supremacy and white nationalism, which has been an enduring strain of tragedy in my country and which exists in my backyard. So somehow you’re telling me this is racist? That’s...way out there, man.

Yet another white supremacist tools up and commits mass murder, and this is your response? Anti-white racism? Yikes.

Thats my response to your predictable conclusion of saying whiteness is the effectively the reason for this thought process although it is found across all races.

Im not shocked you quickly pivoted to guilting me for daring to challenge you on that absurd thought process.
