Snit Watch

Diet is obviously the most impactful way to lose weight. The mistake so many people make is exercising without cutting calories—in fact, many add to their caloric intake, when they begin exercising in earnest, not realizing how hard it is to actually burn calories / operate at a caloric deficit (not to mention how many of those calories they were already burning just by being alive).

But calorie-counting is far different from buying into hare-brained gimmick fasts by culty influencers.
I’ve never water fasted before. Like striker, I lost 50 pounds just by eating better, eating less, and exercising more. But, I’m not quite sure what’s so wrong with water fasting. It sounds like it’s no different than any other kind of fasting. Anything has to be better than using chemicals to artificially boost your metabolism or lower your appetite.
 
I feel Snit has lost a step. A couple years ago I feel like he was at the peak of motivating his players, ensuring guys were doing their work, and keeping the club on an even keel. Since then he seems to have gone soft. Guys just seem too lax. Maybe I'm wrong. Who knows? Just sharing an impression.
People do get older.

But the last two seasons have been injury plagued.

That and the ones taking the drugs think they can eat whatever they want and it'll be ok. That causes longer term risk and is not sustainable

Still think most who have sudden extreme weight loss after decades is using ozempic…including AA. It’s one thing to use them if you actually need them, it’s another to use it to simply avoid the hard work. I can even halfway respect it if you’re lifting/exercising during. But when someone suddenly shows up looking gaunt and sickly but skinny, it’s almost always ozempic.

Oh yeah and it appears snit is indeed coming back. Fuck that

Drink black coffee in morning. Usually eat around noon and last bite is probably around 5-6 o'clock.

Fasting + dietary changes helped me lose 25 lbs.

Dietary changes gave me way more energy and stamina on the tennis court than i did 10 years ago when i ate like shit. So more calories burnt on the tennis court + fasting + diet.

When Snit comes back and they miss the playoffs again, I hope AA is fired.
That's McGuirk pulling those strings. AA's probably handcuffed on the whole matter and he'll end up taking the fall for it while Snit retires next year.
