Guess some of those areas wanting to separate are racist. Everything about racism now...

Seems a bunch of people are leaving those areas even without secession.

Cities like Miami and Atlanta would rival Cali/NY in 5 years tops.

Looks like all these posts we see looking down on the southern states are racist.

Absolutely. As a resident of the state with the highest % of blacks in the US, I'm offended at being the butt of every joke by all the closet racists up north, West, and east

Just to make clear, we insist on getting exclusive dibs on use of People's Republic in our name. That part is non-negotiable.

I would advocate for the Vaccinated People's Republic. Just to make it clear who is welcomed and who is not.

I point out all the time the racist things blue states do. NY parking all the sewer plants in poor neighborhoods. Restrictive permitting laws that promote segregation. Systemic police brutality all over the place.

Just from an economic performance perspective. The fact that Atlanta and Miami wouldn’t be liberal ****holes they will encourage growth at a tremendous rate as people rightfully leave the wastelands of liberal paradises.

I've only visited Miami a couple of times, but I assure you that Atlanta is already a fetid swamp of rotting progressivism.

Now it is but I'd suspect a lot to change when a new federal constitution is drawn up for each of these regions.
 
Perhaps the NYC of the south will be Houston. In my hotel there, the major had a little welcome deal on the Sheraton channel that said Houston was the NYC of the south already
