I mean did you read it? You can disagree with the ruling, But he was charged with Manslaughter, that doesn't carry a long sentence. He's been in jail since his arrest so he already had time served coming.
So he wouldn't have been charged with first degree murder (that was a bad call to try to bring up) I don't think second would have stuck.
What would you say legally this man was guilty of? It was involuntary man slaughter. You have to believe his intent was to kill this man
The failure was not figuring out what else to charge this man. Hate crime should have been out there but probably wouldn't stick. There should have been some form of leaving the scene of a crime or some other issue.
