It's actually true that the Nazis didn't use sarin during the war (although they developed it).

He just said Hitler never gassed citizens

That is not --not -- being good at spin.
Generously it is grossly wrong
In real time it is Holocaust Denying.

But yeah, keep defending Trump decisions

Spicer isn't this dumb. He's doing what Trump wants him to do: go out and yell at the press. It's a waste of taxpayer money and a disgrace.

His job is to inform not to win daily thumb wars.

Spicer's lack of respect for the press & the words he's saying combined with Trump's complete lack of coherent policy endangers lives.

This is a press briefing, not a deposition. Maybe it's possible that Spicer, while talking out his ass, said something wrong (and "grossly wrong", as you put it earlier).
