Spring has Sprung

Why does ESPN have someone on who is speaking through the 80's walkie talkie I had when I was a kid?

We know Riley can hit a middle/middle fastball a long ways.

I want to see his plate discipline numbers after another ~100 MLB PAs to see if he is improving.

I only saw Wright's 5 K pitches, but 3-4 of them were elevated, and probably won't have the same success in the middle of the MLB season after guys have seen the breaking stuff a few times.

Obviously just the eye test, but execution has always been his biggest issue, not stuff.

He especially keeps leaving his fastball up and over the plate. It's really frustrating because the fastball is the easiest pitch to master and he gets really good movement with his breaking pitches. But he can't seem to develop a good fastball and locate it well.

Really enjoy the mics. Hope they do more of this during the season when guys are in the dugout.

They need to restrict it to dugout talk. Trying to talk to Ozuna while he was in the field would seem to be distracting for the player. Asking him if he could hear them while he was looking at defensive placement card is not in the best interest of the game IMO.
