The guy doing these swing mechanic's analyses is Justin Stone from Elite Baseball TV. Here is the analysis he did on Dansby Swanson and Alex Bregman from last year's draft.

When you compare this video to the one I posted on Nick Senzel, you can see the differences in the hitters coming out of college in the sense that Dansby and Alex showed a good bit more in game power than Nick Senzel.

Stone does a terrific job with his swing analysis. Sounds like Josh Gates, though, lol

I was looking at Kyle's swing on that mammoth home run he hit the other day. He does have a little bit of that Jason Heyward diving in going on where he blocks his front side off and gets his hands away from his chest.

Jason's propensity to stand way off the plate and dive into every pitch is the reason he never became the hitter he should have been.

It also helped him get his face broken.

I've been impressed by Nick Banks's bat over the recent weeks. Nick has hit two home runs today against Florida. Looking at where he is rated, he could be a BPA at 76 or 80 that could move through the system relatively fast. Good left handed bat overall.

Banks has a vicious swing- even when he was struggling against Florida in the Gainesville series (he struck out about approximately 700 times on off-speed stuff in that series), you could see the ability. Seems very pull-heavy, but that can work for the right hitter.

He was in the discussion for early 1st round for a reason, I guess.

This is from Eric Longenhagen from Fangraphs:

If Braves try to cut a deal at 40 or 44, four names to keep an eye on are Kyle Muller, Forrest Whitley, Kevin Gowdy, and Will Benson.

Benson would be a helluva pickup that late!

Benson is the only bat of the 4 though, and as much as I understand we should always draft BPA, I must admit to favoring bats this draft, bats with high ceilings.

I've heard Muller's name mentioned with Atlanta before, as well as Benson. The other two, no so much. I still think Joey Wentz is a guy who is in play. I'm still thinking a package deal of Pint and Wentz.

In my "perfect world", we could get Bregman without trading Julio or Freddie. Unfortunately, that ain't happening.

In my same "perfect world", Puk, Pint, or Groome plus Benson and Kieboom would be ideal.

Dang! Kyle Muller recorded 36 consecutive outs via a strike out at one point this season. This dud was striking out everyone he faced on the mound and leading all of high school baseball in home runs as a hitter. He was also a QB on the football team.

Yeah. He's a target for the Braves.
