Student loans

The entitlement of these pricks is amazing. They steal from the working class and then demand to be treated as some sort of intellectual superior.

There is nothing worse than academia

Folks like this guy I find the most perplexing. Maybe I’m wrong, but I imagine most people studying information technology are doing so for the career path it leads to, not because they have some deep intellectual yearning. This guy is already an IT systems administrator per the article, a job with an average salary in the $70-85/year range, according to Google. I have to figure that once he’s armed with a master’s degree in the field, he’s pretty well-equipped to take whatever the next step is in that particular career path (or else why exactly is he making the graduate school investment?). This isn’t some starving artist type without easily translatable skills. He says he doesn’t have a plan - might I suggest getting the $100k job he’s qualified for and using a portion of his monthly income to pay back the loan he took out?

They have fallen for the trope of the idiot leftists that education is a right. And they believe it.

So this guy won't pay. He will face no consequences. AOC will take up his cause . Others will follow suit

Anyone see the guy asking for signatures to cancel student loan debt? He asked for name, email, signature, and at the very end the amount of their paycheck they'd contribute to cancel student loan debt.

He got no signatures.

Shoulda just started back payments, but suspended interest for a few years. I think that would've been fair

credibly accused creepy joe's loan forgiveness plan was a vast governmental overreach that abrogated Congress' power over the purse and expanded the powers of the executive branch in an unconstitutional way. The court was right to toss it.

Good decision for country. Still not sure they had standing.

My hunch is this is how it would go. The other case got tossed 9-0 due to no standing. Thankfully there was a plaintiff out there with standing to allow the court to put an end to this insanity.

Whose interpretation of their oath of office? If you go by the logic that the supreme court ruling a policy is unconstitutional is proof of violation of oath of office then how do we handle the changing courts opinion? Theres no President who wouldnt have spent significant periods of time in prison under your logic that you all of a sudden want to apply when you dont like the President. And no court is going to uphold that unreasonable standard.
