According to Joel Sherman of the New York Post, "word is" the Braves are pushing Evan Gattis hard.
In other words, they are aggressively shopping the 28-year-old slugger, who had an impressive .810 OPS and 22 home runs in 108 games this past season. Gattis should be attractive to American League teams as an option at designated hitter. He's started 127 games at catcher and 47 games in left field in his two-year major league career, but Gattis probably doesn't have the athleticism to stick at either position long term.
