Imagine where we’d be if it weren’t for Abbott or DeSantis. The smaller red states wouldn’t be able to hold out without them
Desantis literally stopped us from being Germany/Australia.
Whatever his presidential aspirations are he will always go down as one of the most important/influential leaders in our nations history.

Apparently Texas has taken on the border fight. I'm sure Biden and Harris will be there to take credit when Texas starts to stem the tide on their mess.
Must have hurt their hearts to reinstitute Trump policies there because they couldn't handle the issue they created.

Equity in policing and sentencing. Certain groups are only incarcerated more "because of their membership in said group." Not punishing crimes most likely to have been committed by those groups makes the world a more just place, because equity.

I find it weird that you think Republicans have ever not been active in setting the election process.
Forgive me if I’m misrepresenting your point, but I absolutely don’t think that minorities should be given more lenience for crimes than white people, nor do I think laws should be enforced less based on the relative representation of minorities. What I do believe is that we have some extremely broken sentencing laws, that we imprison people for crimes that aren’t worthy of imprisonment, and that our legal system relies to heavily on processes that are inherently unfair. Changing the way we prosecute is a welcome step in breaking this cycle.

De-stabalization of major cities. Necessary to increase government power, policing, etc. More welfare for the failing businesses and homeless increases. I could go on... but you'll respond with your normal lol and call it a day

If they embraced that term to mean these
They would lose a city before any of those things could be implemented

I have no problem with reexamining sentencing and prosecution and creating new laws for productive changes. I suspect that is close to universal here.
I think the things being cited as issues here are separate from that. DA offices shouldn't be choosing which laws to enforce. If some wacky archaic law comes up there may be exceptions. Announcing you won't prosecute things like misdemeanor theft goes far beyond that. The Waukesha attack makes it's own point about the danger of minimizing bail.

It's a designed step of the CRT framework. Examine everything (yes, yes, originally just laws, but now it's being expanded) through the the lens of race. If people of any race suffer..excuse me, if people of any race that isn't white or sometimes asian, suffer more negative or less positive outcomes because of anything, that thing can only be racist.
Whites and Asians make better grades, so they're being minimized or removed. Whites and Asians score better on tests, so colleges are eliminating test scores from admissions. Minorities break some laws at significantly higher rates than whites, so don't prosecute those laws. Blacks are turned down for loans more often than whites, so loans are racist and special loan programs for only minorities are created.
It's endless, it's tiresome, and it's the type of discriminatory policy that will always result in a reaction that is at least as bigoted and racist. The people funding the media machine and politicians that push it are well aware of that.
So what's the benefit? I'm not sure. The cynical side of me looks at how illiberal, dishonest, and authoritarian the movement has been so far and wonders if they're really trying to go all the way. All the way to saying that inheritance and earnings and wealth and property are all racist, so it's only just and equitable and anti racist to take control of it all and see that it's distributed equitably. According to them.

I mean, that was a lot of words but still really just ideas (some of it rooted in fear and ignorance to look at ones country in the mirror and see what it really is imo) and no real substance of what embracing the buzzword term it seems a few believe

What reason would you give for deciding that bail security should be eliminated or theft should not be prosecuted? Maybe you have some sane reason that hasn't occurred to me yet.
