Conservatism in a nutshell: riling up white people to drive

in circles fighting something that doesn't exist.

Quit asking nonsensical questions like a spoiled 5 year old

Wanna know what a 5 year old sounds like?

"Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine, so basically that’s wrong."

They are intentionally hurting Americans, using Russia as a shield, to advance their insane agenda

Imagine if we took climate change more serious years ago, and we pushed for more electric vehicles via stimulus or incentives.

thethe and sturg always talk about the elites, but for some reason, oil elites always seem to be ignored in their gospels.

The best stuff I always read from right wingers about them being anti-electric vehicles is because "it will overwhelm the grid".

Zero evidence to suggest people charging their EV's for an hour is going to overwhelm the grid. And if oil companies hadn't produced such scare and hype after Fukushima, we would be building more nuclear plants, since they are the most efficient and cleanest form of energy we have right now.

Sure what Pete said is out of touch, but if our country had not kept kicking the can down the road on EV's years ago, we probably wouldn't be stressing about $4 a gallon of gas at the pump. Instead, we're singlehandedly relying on Elon to push EV's. It should have been a government initiative years ago. Nobody else talks about how oil and car companies bought up land in LA that was gonna be used to build public transit rail.

Oil companies and car companies didn't get the jump on EV's like Tesla did. And now they're playing catchup. Saudis already started investing in electric because when EV's become the dominant force, their game will be useless.

I do think companies that have called employees back to the office should send them back home to work again. That would be a great way to reduce demand.

Remember when gas was historically low during lockdown because nobody was going to work, and few were going out?

"If Trump were President gas prices would still be as low as a year ago (2020)" is what I read so much online. Thank god I deactivated my facebook.

Do EVs even reduce carbon emissions? The battery production and charging energy is all fossil fuel based. You're just moving it around

Meanwhile, it would be a lot easier to take climate alarmists more seriously if they included nuclear and nat gas in their solutions... But those don't offer massive payouts and government control so they ain't interested
