Ah, she blamed the employee who confessed. Bold strategy. The point was never whether she told him to do it, the point is can you prove beyond a reasonable doubt she told him to do it. Are you telling me you think Hillary would have been convicted if this went to trial?

In DC she walks. Everywhere else she doesn't because the employee wouldn't be believed. She and her team were already caught lying by saying that they deleted all of that info before the subpoena. Her credibility was shot. Then on top of that using BleachBit for yoga/wedding photos isn't believable either.
 
Do you not understand how trials work? It requires beyond a reasonable doubt. Every juror in the trial could think she is lying and still vote not guilty. She isnt required to prove anything. It would be the states responsibility to prove the IT guy was lying. No wonder you fell so hard for Durham hoaxes. The right wing propaganda media has you convinced the legal system can convict people based on hunches and feelings. Maybe you should try some dope,.it cant possibly make you dumber.



The IT guy was supposed to set the server to auto delete non saved emails after 60 days. After the subpoena the IT guy realized he hadn't done so and sought help on reddit about bleach it. That's how he was caught. So as far as the campaign was concerned they were deleted and the order to set that retention policy on her emails came long before the subpoena.

It was beyond a reasonable doubt. The story doesn't add up and the guy was lying. The bottom line is that she's responsible for this. You can't blame employees and get away with ****.
 
I cant hear you. My home is being robbed and all the police were defunded so theres no one to stop them. Also now that Democrats added 32 new supreme court justices I will be going on for my now Supreme court mandated sex change.

Biden veered into talk about Ukraine at the end of his standard fundraising remarks, saying that Putin was “not joking when he talks about the use of tactical nuclear weapons or biological or chemical weapons.”

“We have not faced the prospect of Armageddon since Kennedy and the Cuban Missile Crisis,” he added.

How is that nuclear war escalation? If Putin doesn’t nuke Ukraine, we’re fine.

As for the prospect of Putin nuking Ukraine, I’m guessing Biden and his administration don’t buy the threats that much or it wouldn’t just be a short aside during a fundraiser. Biden is likely participating in the controversial practice of lying to people.

really not sure what avoiding another January 6 / abscounding with classified documents and paying attention to inflation have to do with one another.
