I could go with that. We're all free to ignore laws and judicial rulings that we consider unconscionable.
 
It should be noted that the Supreme Court ruling doesn't ask Texas to do anything. So from a literal standpoint Chip might be on solid consitutional ground.

How very democratic of you. Voters there dont get to choose who they want to represent them. If she isnt constitutionally ineligible or committed any crimes.
