The Biden Presidency

Ok, then prosecute him when the next Republican gets into office. You cant tell me you want Bidens own DoJ to prosecute him, then you would just cry that they are throwing the case when they lose.

Republicans coming to the realization that they are the minority of the country doesnt make the government rigged and an enemy. I am a conservative myself, I have plenty of complaints about rigged elections, fake news, etc. Its just that you dont complain about that then support a guy like Trump who is all of the things they want to complain about. Thats where they lose me.

Hur said the reasons he wont prosecute, does that somehow give Biden immunity from future prosecution? Perfect world scenario to me is Biden, Trump and Hillary all spending the rest of their lives in prison so if theres any legit reason to prosecute I hope it happens.
 
Garland could still prosecute but he won't. No future AG will either due to Hur's recommendation. Nobody has the bloodlust to put an 80+ old in prison suffering from dementia.
 
Garland literally took the same action for Trump and Biden and named a special prosecutor for both of them. Theres nothing Garland could do that would satisfy you. He cant prosecute Biden because he is President. The proper mechanism for any charges on Biden right now would be impeachment and even a Republican majority in the House hasnt done that.

He lost a leadership position in which he's not entitled to but he could have stayed in the House. If McCarthy was MAGA you would be calling him a POS just like I am now. What he did is indefensible. I can understand not running again after his term is up but what he did was selfish.

Oh I was mad when MAGA whipped votes to make him speaker

But once they fired him I'm not surprised he left
