I am talking about census numbers. They already bake in a higher number, which the Yale calculations don't account for.

And we have already seen how the census process is not always accurate and fair. We can’t even ask if you’re a citizen or not on the process but we are supposed to believe they give us a real number.

Developers and PE firms are taking it on the chin right now.

They are trying to exit as fast as possible because they know we have too much supply in many areas and they know the public fully supports deporting millions of illegals.

I'm aware this happens - And it happens when the projections of new builds don't match reality on the ground. Coupled with projections of deporting millions of people from the country that are occupying homes.
