There’s no data I can see about previous FYs for low income earners compared to the rest in the article, so I found it funny that the only FY over FY comparison seemed to show Democrats auditing the rich more.

However, graph is for natural gas. Where we remained a net exporter in 2021.

For natural gas imports in 2021 were $9.7 billion and exports were $30.8 billion.

Domestic production has been rising lately. Even before Ukraine, high prices had produced a surge in drilling activity. Baker Hughes has data on active oil rigs. That was up to 650 in early March from 403 a year ago. Canada has seen a similar increase. With the recent additional increase in prices, I'm pretty sure drilling activity will accelerate even more.
 
The claim that we are a net exporter of petroleum products in each of the past two years is wrong. We were net importers in 2021.
