I
Back when I was in the forecasting business I belonged to a lil group aptly called the Forecasters Club.
It was mostly a bunch of old farts who would meet once a month for lunch and had an annual contest where we entered forecasts for the upcoming year.
I also used to participate in the Wall Street Journal survey on behalf of my employer.
Without going too much into the details my track record compared favorably to my peers.
But my business focus is a bit different these days.
I was happy to engage you on what the Q2 number might be. And if it gives you a little pleasure to see me get the number wrong, well I'm happy for you.
Lol
"Man I used to be the best high school baseball player the world has ever known! I could have gone pro man!"
(Side note, comparing favorably to the Krugman's and Summers of the world is no tall task)
