The Biden Presidency

So is requiring a photo id to participate in something racist or not?

This is an extremely simple question that I'm asking you directly

You have a constitutional right to fly? Flying is free aside from the cost of ID? Stopping people from flying is protected in the constitution?

See you're not asking the right question.

You just said you need a photo ID to fly. The only change is requiring a specific type of photo ID.

A more apt comparison would be like if now you had to provide a blood or hair sample to TSA before getting on a flight.

How do you know if a person has a constitutional right to vote? WHat if they aren't a person of the united states?

I fail to understand what constitutional rights have anything to do with racism.

For the 10th time, I'm not asking about constitutional rights. I'm asking about discrimination and racism

So I will ask you yet again - the most direct question I can possibly think of - does requiring a photo idea discriminate against black people?

Does requiring someone to be 21 to buy liquor discriminate against black people?

You're blurting out non-sequiturs here that you think are good and you're "owning the libs" or whatever, you're just stupid and unfunny.

Why are you so afraid to answer such a direct question?

For 150+ years it wasn't an issue. Until the undesirables (black people and women) got to vote. Then people needed to stop them from voting.

Why are you so afraid to answer a question? WHy do I need a drivers license to drive?

Because the government has decided that they want you to show competency before operating a two ton machine.

Your turn.

Is requiring an ID to participate in something racist or not?

Just take the L Zito. You know answering that question truthfully will destroy your stance. It's the gotcha in many of these radical liberal ideologies. They don't carry any water because they can't get past simple questions like "What is a woman?". Answering these simple questions completely tears down the entire argument.

His refusal to answer the question is answering the question, from my prospective

LMAO only an idiot would think sturg is taking any kind of win from this embarrassment of an attempted logic trap.

I shredded this so many posts ago. Sturg is just flailing.

Ok, so you're acknowledging that requiring an ID for things could have different reasons. And some things like operating a vehicle, or flight.

What's sad is that you could make some interesting arguments, but you aren't.

So there is a burden to do something that costs money when you're looking to do some luxury activity.

I mean I want to know when the census is going to change voter proportion. Like when will the house votes change from Eligible voters, to number of eligible voters with a voter ID. It's right there in the constitution.

It is apparent that you are unwilling to answer the very simple and direct question, and everyone understands why

To be clear... An airplane is asking for an ID so they can confirm you are who you say you are.

My question is does this obstacle discriminate against black people from flying or not?

Keep telling us that all of this is a coincidence.

You didn't shred anything. You avoided the question by attempting to bring the constitution into the discussion. The constitution may have a bearing on whether the government has the legal right to do something but it doesn't have any bearing on whether something is considered racist or not.

He's simply asking you if requiring an ID in order to participate in something is racist. You've yet to answer it and you won't ever answer it publicly because you'll look like a fool if you attempt to say that showing an ID in order to vote is racist while showing an ID to do dozens of other things is not.

Just take the L.
