The Coronavirus, not the beer

People gonna leave cities in droves, after this. Virus, lockdowns, rioting... it's not worth it

I'd think Comm'l Real Estate would take a dip as well. People are finding out that they can work remotely and get along just fine with WAY less OH. I'd be looking to exit that market.

Yeah. Pendulum will swing until market prices react and then it gets too cheap to not buy again.

I remember moving to downtown a few months after 9/11. Got a pretty good deal. Loved living there. Corner of Worth and Broadway, where Chinatown, the Financial District and Tribeca meet.

I think NY will always be a Mecca.

I've been thinking of moving back to the city. Kinda hate Westchester. My son finishes HS in a year and no reason for me to stay in the burbs beyond that.

Arizona is an interesting experiment. We'll see how far masks and spontaneous behavioral changes in the face of a surge in cases gets you. Ducey allowed local governments to enact mask requirements June 17.

With no evidence of it at all the natural lifestyle of the virus will be attributed to mask wearing.

Cant make this up.

Times running out for panic crowd.

Now they'll just say masks are a panacea because they realize how stupid they were.

Nice to look at but knowing cuomo cooking the books for nursing homes shows howisleading a graphic like this can be.

It was so bad in NY that they categorized virus deaths in a hospital where the virus was contracted in a nursing home as a non nursing home death.

Who kmows how many other srates did the same.

But continue this idiotic si se puede narrative.

The gaslighting on this one has been amazing.

Are you serious?

NY averaged 8K+ cased per day for over a month at the start of the pandemic. FL and TX peaks have come nearly 4 months since the pandemic started. I think it's safe to say we've learned quite a bit on how to treat the virus since then.

Surely you can't be this dumb. You're comparing apples and oranges.

Lol

You are right... NY, which had the highest death rate in the world despite locking down and mandating masks... totally nailed it!!

Whereas FL, who has a tenth of the death rate as New York, is participating in human sacrifice experiments.

Lol
