The Coronavirus, not the beer

There is one thing worth emphasizing. There is no one size fits all solution. Some countries had lighter shorter lockdowns. Some countries put more resources into contact tracing. Some countries had stricter rules on travel. There were varying degrees of mask wearing. But most found a solution that worked for them. There are many variables and levers available for governments to deal with this thing. The United States is very much an outlier in its failure to deal with it.

The US ranks middle of the pack from developed countries... and our failure can be mostly attributed to the failure of leadership in the northeast.

Feel bad for people who have type of leadership but they voted for it....

we are an abject failure...other countries learned from what happened in march and april and figured out a strategy that worked for them...we didn't

Wouldn't you say the sun belt deaths per million stacks well against other developed nations?

this is incredibly obtuse and just ignoring how France/italy/Spain hit some level of herd immunity.

Why are you willfully ignoring this fact?

your pet theory about those places hitting herd immunity is just that...if my not buying into your pet theory is obtuseness then I am guilty as charged

I figured you wouldn't despite almost all articles on rhe subject matter indicating that herd immunity is not only hear in a lot of places but that the percentage needed to acquire it significantly lower.

I understand you must, wait, you NEED to find a way to blame trump and his supporters but this getting to russian colljsion levels with you now.

Remind me again. Whose campaign manager shared shared valuable internal campaign data with a former KGB agent who then fled to Russia and has never returned?
