The Coronavirus, not the beer

Agree on the kids statement. Whatever one's take on the whole Covid vaccine question, to me there should be one debate for adults and a totally different one for kids. Just my opinion though.

It's also pretty clear that someone who hasn't had this crud and was sick AF from it would have trouble fully understanding its effects.

Seriously. I was sicker than I've ever been in my life. It was brutal and took me down for two weeks. It was a couple months before my breathing was back to normal.

I'm under 40 and healthy. It's not a bad flu. It's something I never want again.

I agree that the gain of function research was quite effective

Define healthy,

Bit I’m glad you have the super antibodies today!

If everyone started doing 2-4 hours of cardio a week our death rates for all types of diseases would plummet. Yes, it’s that easy.

Don’t sign your health away to any company or government. Make sure your body will win.

You're right about the cardio. It would help all kinds of diseases. Unfortunately the world is not so perfect.

Not obese, no chronic illnesses, only thing I'm dealing with is trying to lower my cholesterol. So none of the risk factors that stand out with Covid.

If you don’t have any exercise in your life then a claim to be healthy is suspect at best. This isn’t intended to be insulting. Just what I believe to be the truth.

If anyone who doesn't exercise 4 hours a week is considered unhealthy then you should be advocating for more vaccinations as there are a lot of "unhealthy" unvaccinated people.

And I do have exercise in my life. I need to increase it but I'm absolutely not an at risk person.

There are degrees of healthy that’s for sure.

True. Perhaps it's better to say I'm not over the line into at risk territory. So not considered an at risk person and still was the sickest I've ever been by a lot. Still, my case would be considered "mild" as I was able to recover without medical intervention.

Risk factors make this exponentially more dangerous but it's no joke even for those not at risk.

Issue is you cannot define healthy as one thing. Is a fat person who does 20K steps a day but overeats healthy?

Very important that a new “vaccine resistant” variant start to spread just as the vaccines are proving to be trash as a universal tool.
