The Trump Presidency

The reform is to make it so you can't sue which means you can't go toncourt. This is common in many services agreement. You go to arbitration which is faster and cost effective for everyone involved.

Nobody is going to abuse old people and get away with it. Just more scare tactics.

Less litigation costs absolutey reduces costs which allow homes to provide better care.

Dude, you may have a point about arbitration depending on how it's set up, but if you really believe the rest of this post you are way more naive than you've ever accused poor steak sauce of being.

Sunday on New York AM 970’s “The Cats Roundtable,” CNBC regular and economist Larry Kudlow credited President Donald Trump for the recent stock market gains and economic growth.

“[T]he profit reports continue to exceed expectations and that’s been true for the last couple of quarters,” Kudlow told host John Catsimatidis. “I think that’s the backbone of the stock market rally.”

“I would add global economic growth is picking up … I do think there’s a Trump factor here. Among other things, Trump has made good on his promise to roll back hundreds of regulations: energy, finance, labor laws, you name it. He’s put it into place. That is a huge cost savings for businesses, particularly the smaller businesses. And I think that has instilled a lot of confidence. This is a pretty confident market. I wouldn’t mess with it right now. It looks awfully good,” he added.

Kudlows a Republican shill what do you expect??? Ali Velshi and Stephanie Rhule paint a different picture. Kudlow still pines for Reaganomics. Again Trump deserves next to no credit for this.

And yet you still never responded to my question of what Obama did during his presidency that would merit him deserving credit for this economic boom....I'm still waiting....

I believe every ounce of it. Old people are sometimes, we'll always, difficult to deal with and with many dealing with the onset of dementia homes are out in terrible situations where false claims are made or claims that neglect to reveal the diffuclty of the individual. This results in exorbitant litigation costs that make this type of care moreform expensive than it needs to be.

OK conservatives, time to weigh in. Do you agree with this? Are you on board with this? Is this the way you want your turn at the governmental trough to proceed?
