Trump was the one who openly called for a more violent scrum. He longed for it and promoted it time and again on the stump. It would be only fitting if he were the one to receive it. With all of the vile and despicable things he has said and done, he's lucky to still have his head. He's already proven himself to make many decisions that better all americans. You just don't see it that way.
 
I don't equate the nazi car attack and the spain at all.

Not saying they're not both terrorism (bc I still have no idea how we're defining it)... but one was a planned attack and the other wasn't. Those are different, in my eyes.

Do you realize that you can find an unpleasant racial connection in virtually every MLB club's history?

Tell me what you think changing the name of a street that's named after a former owner (who made Boston the last team to integrate) is going to actually accomplish?

And then tell me why it took you 40 ****ing years to figure that out.

I don't see where it accomplishes anything. Thought Henry's quote was pretty odd when he talked about how it's a constant reminder to make the organization as multi-cultural as possible. Strange that you would need a street named after a dead owner with a racist past to be reminded of that. I think what will be interesting, though, is to see how many folks get riled up if the city takes him up on his suggestion and renames it after Ortiz.

He may not, but nothing about him, at least what he's presented in public, suggests he's going to step down for anyone or anything. The minute the Republican leadership demands that he step down, he will break off and form his own party. Mueller would literally have to produce a tape of him saying and ordering stuff. Even then a sizable portion of his base wouldn't believe it. They've already tried to discredit anything and everything about Mueller and anyone who dares criticize Trump. Essentially, it would be up to Congress to kick his ass out. The only way Trump leaves voluntarily is a (spoiler alert) Frank Underwood-style meltdown where he finally just says the hell with this. I think he likes the power way too much.

If so, I think we're using it much too broadly.

I'm curious how you would define it. You raised the issue of the definition after all.
