If DACA is so popular why can't it pass Congress? If it's because Congress does what they want regardless of popular opinion of the people they are supposed to represent then isn't it time to revolt like our founding fathers?
@JakeSherman: Imagine if you're Paul Ryan. At 10a he called the 3-mo debt limit a "ridiculous idea." a few hours later his party's president agreed to it
Dream act passed the house and got 55 in the senate
Republicans really hated that the country loved a black president and really don't like brown people so they went the filibuster route

Trump may have hit on an insight: If Republican voters will like him no matter what, he can become popular by doing whatever Democrats want.
Isn't that what 1990's Clintonistas called
"triangulation " ???
Remember that time the media said Ron Paul can't beat Obama if he won the nomination because he wouldn't get the support of the Republican base. A guy who is a strong christian, war veteran, long term senator, godfather of the tea party, never voted for an unbalanced budget, and ANTI war. All that and they said he isn't even worth covering. These same people who treat Sarah Palin as a serious candidate. It all comes down to Ron being ANTI war and the mwdia/establishment will never let a real ANTI war candidate any media coverage.
Isn't Krugman the guy who wants to grow the economy by bombing a major US city so it will create jobs?
