Those are exactly the same criteria that I will apply to whomever the president nominates.”


It will be interesting to see how these two handle this.

I expect that "settled law" will be the buzz-phrase. If they are sufficiently assured on that score, they'll vote yes to any of the previously listed candidates. If they don't, there are probably enough Democrats under the gun in midterms to cover it.

Nice that you can somehow blame this on trump. This guy has had issues with that paper going back half a decade.
 
and has been listening to a president attack the 1st amendment saying journalists are the enemy for 2 years now

I look at the progress of the of each class over the course of 50 years and see that everybody is doing better and is richer than they were.

Like I said, why do you think it doesn't work? Bc wealth isn't distributed evenly?
