FWIW, I’m willing to bet that Abrams has a better handle on the relevant legal, historical, and constitutional questions than you do. What she said, in reference to San Francisco, where some non-citizens can vote in some municipal elections, is grounded in reason and has plenty of historical precedent.

The precedent i believe you are referring to is when national voting right were hughly restrictve which is not the case anynore. Please share if you are thinking about something else but i believe we have had this conversation before.
 
The only reliable thing that comes from Trump is comic relief. Even though I'm not a staunch AOC person I did find it hilarious.
