Only if you believe that the army would accept an order to launch nukes. Americans being armed still is a sufficient detterant from complete tyranny and subverting the will of the american prolle is an example of that which is what the fbi was doing.

Violent right-wing extremism is actually a thing. With a body count. I think that’s something everyone can agree on. It’s a matter of public record. Convincing yourself that people getting harassed for wearing MAGA hats is a bigger menace is an impressively myopic take.

And yes, thethe, it’s quite timely given your thoughts on the second amendment.

This guy was a big fan of Anders Behring Breivik, who killed 70-odd people at a Socialist Party event in Norway. He had stockpiled guns and ammo and had a list of prominent politicians and media figures (including “poca warren” “sen jewmenthal” and, of course, AOC). The court filing is very interesting reading. It’s a good example of someone taking political rhetoric seriously.

Yes, like the scalise shooting there are a lot of crazies out there. Nobody is disputing that.

However, it seems like left hopes for these things to push their views which is why they fall for hoaxes often.

Assuming the reports are true, the terrorist should go to jail for a very long time.

You see, we haven't lost our minds and can admit as such. There's not a lot to talk about there.

You guys can't bring yourselves to ever saying someone on your team is at fault for anything.

It's very sad. But expected.

Heather Heyer being killed, this example that you brushed under the rug, the BBC reporter that was attacked recently at his "rally" in El Paso, the KKK passing around pro trump fliers in BHam, the guy who punched a hispanic man cleaning a parking lot and said "this is for donald trump"

not to mention the rise of white supremacy under this presidency that has come roaring back
