It seems everything is either violence or racism these days.

But I would be willing to make a deal on this one. Forgive up to $25k in college loan debt per person, contingent on a Constitutional amendment that says the government will not finance or incentivize in any way, directly or through grants, tax breaks, etc., any post high school education that isn't a hard STEM subject.

Oh, and the money to pay for it comes from a small portion of the federal tax money raised by a new endowment tax.
