The Democratic Socialists of America’s National Political Committee withdrew its pledged endorsement of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Wednesday. The group said the New York Democrat had failed to meet “conditions” the DSA tied to its endorsement, a majority of which centered on Israel and antisemitism.
According to the group’s July 10 press release, one of the key actions that did Ms. Ocasio-Cortez in was her decision to host a June 10 panel on antisemitism with Jewish leaders. The DSA called the move “a deep betrayal to all those who’ve risked their welfare to fight Israeli apartheid and genocide.”
Ms. Ocasio-Cortez is an unlikely candidate for the DSA’s public lashing. She has a history of voting against aid to Israel and attacking the pro-Israel lobby. Less than a month after the Oct. 7 attacks, she maligned the American Israel Public Affairs Committee in a tweet as “racist and bigoted” and “no friend to American democracy.” She also voted against a resolution that urged all countries to “unequivocally condemn Hamas’ brutal war” and another that condemned support for “Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorist organizations at institutions of higher education.”

You have to realize that the DSA (and similarly situated groups) are still rehashing the Mensheviks v the Bolsheviks v the Troskyites. They've been doing it for about a hundred years now. It is a sort of Hundred Years War on the left, with many twists and turns, of which this is just the latest. Some of them are even the direct biological descendents of the old Bolsheviks and Mensheviks. I've been fortunate in my life to know people whose ancestors were placed across the political spectrum during the Russian Revolution (both whites and reds). It's been an education talking to them about grandma and grandpa and what they did during the revolution. AOC probably doesn't realize she is a rank outsider in this milieu. Her trespasses and the sanctions for those trespasses are only slightly related to current events.

My condolences to all the California families with kids they have no idea are trans but are patiently waiting for the school to figure it out for them. Must be a tough pill to swallow.
Yes, I will absolutely continue to support trans kids from discrimination.
Ding Ding Ding - And we already know schools are telling kids to keep information from their parents.
But there is no bridge to far for Mqt when it comes to kids chopping their dicks/tits off. Monsters that need to be thoroughly ostracized from civil society.

Quite the racket - Convince the child they are trans (They aren't) then convince them their parents won't accept it (why would they - THEY AREN"T TRANS). Then you have a nice excuse not invovle the parents at all in the destruction of their own flesh and blood.
If the child says they fear being abused, you tell DCS. And DCS handles it from there. Either the Child parents need to be made aware of their childs medical condition or the child needs removed from the home if their parents are abusive. But I am on board that teacher's withholding information is wrong regardless.
