This is what the medal has been forever. Liberals will spend the next term complaining about Trump’s picks. But the TV scientist is genuinely a deserving figure for his work in the 90s. He made STEM education fun for a lot of kids.

What I find especially funny about this (including anybody on the left *actually* complaining about this) is that if you were to make a Venn Diagram of people who care one bit about the US flag code and people who care if flags in Texas are at half-staff for an inauguration, it’d be one circle. Just put the flags back up now, it’s all pointless grandstanding anyway.

Do people think there’s been a Biden Executive Order banning the word retard or something? If for some reason it was important to you to keep the word retard in your arsenal, you were always able to do it. Sometimes people stop saying words because it’s just like completely fine to want someone with a disability to not need to hear it. It’s not the defining issue of our generation or anything, but I promise you there are all kinds of fun and creative names to call someone on the internet that isn’t just sort of needlessly unkind.

Edit: Oh, this clip is from May. But still, she absolutely does not have the gift of verbal communication. She’s like the right’s Kamala Harris: a weird 1-on-1 speaker that fumbles the moment she’s challenged on something.

Yep. The station owners could be very well be liberal but don't want to be sued.

They might also not want to alienate half of their audience either which is not a good idea.

I doubt half their viewers follow the weather person on their instagram. This was conservative brownshirts on Twitter did all this probably following tags on instagram.
