Trump Indictment Watch

No doubt the sentences in the January 6 and Michigan cases will be powerful deterrents for any would be chuckleheads.

Don't you dare question or completely safe elections where pipes burst in the middle of the night and we have ballot harvestors dropping ballots in drop boxes in the middle of the night!

People should feel free to question anything and to pursue their claims through the legal system. That's not what being a chucklehead entails.

Trying to kidnap the governor or using force to stop the electoral vote count or to intimidate the VP into doing something unconstitutional is chucklehead territory.

Most of us understand those boundaries. For those who have difficulty understanding the legal system is there to help and provide examples and deterrents.

For the umpteen millionth time, its perfectly fine to question election results. Trump could scream bloody murder about it all night and day. The issue is there are legal avenues to hash that stuff out. He lost all of them. Then he plotted to use illegal means to delay the certification of the election. He set up the J6 rally. He lied to them to rile them up. Then he told them to go fight to save the country and sent them to the Capitol building. And they even admit publicly that they did so to try to delay the certification. Thats a crime. The one he is charged with. You would agree if it was Antifa trying to stop the certification of Trump if he won.

Again, so unconstitutional they had to change the law.

The BL before the election said mail in ballots are ripe with fraud but after the election you lost all intellectual curiosity. We all know why

The law was perfectly fine. They changed it to try to make it chucklehead proof. I admire the sentiment but I'm not sure it is possible to make the constitution and legal system chucklehead proof. Chuckleheads (and their lawyers like Chesebro and Eastman) will always find some novel but nonsensical interpretation that no sensible person would consider.

For example if I wanted to shoot someone I could shop around for a lawyer willing to provide a novel interpretation of the law that said it was legal. Fortunately the law knows how to deal with that. Being a chucklehead can have serious consequences. Ditto for being a lawyer for a chucklehead project.

i do feel a small amount of sympathy (emphasis on small) for Chesebro in this situation

Bozo the clown gave yet another interview he will likely see used against him in his trials. Heres some quotes....

“I’m allowed to have these documents. I’m allowed to take these documents…When I have them, they become unclassified. People think you have to go through a ritual. You don’t, at least in my opinion.”

MK - "Once you get subpoened you have to turn over those documents"

Trump - "I know this *pauses* I dont know that"

Sidney Powell trying to argue she was authorized to access the voting machines in Coffee County. Which is like saying "yeah I took the money in the bank but the manager of the bank told me I could do it". Bold strategy. Lets see how it works out.

thethe and magas whole thing is just keep saying the lie over and over and over again for something they want to believe happened or is real

and eventually, you'll have enough people be like "man, I keep hearing this, it must be true"

or it seems that has been there plan ever since they anointed trump and all his lies to be their god

Anyone that reviews the evidence and has rudimentary math/audit skills knows the truth.

But the 24 election will show it all. Then when trump is president I hope he enforced aggressive executive action to fully investigate the 20/22 election. The world deserves to know the truth.

I already did tell you. The only reason to do that is because he hasnt decided what answer he wants to give. Which is an odd thing to do if you intend to tell the truth.

The idea of The Orange One "investigating" anything would be interesting. But I see why you two are so joined at the hip - the only reality you accept is the one you want.

yes, of course

the guy in charge at the time when "it was stolen from him" and lies about everything

will certainly

and finally

get to the bottom of the truth if he gets the power back

lol

Pro-Donald Trump lawyer Lin Wood is a “witness for the state”

in the Georgia election subversion case, Fulton County District

Attorney Fani Willis revealed

Was very nice of Trump to come right out and tell everyone publicly that his own lawyers were telling him he lost and it was his decision alone to try to steal the election. He said his own lawyers told him he lost but he didnt respect them so he saw other lawyers saying he won and he respected them so he listened to them instead. He even points out that someone wrote a book about the election being rigged so that must make it true. Former President of the you United States here ladies and gentlemen.

Trump's spokesman announced that Trump bought a Glock today in South Carolina. He even posted video. If Trump took the gun with him, that's a federal crime since he's under indictment. There's also a law against selling a gun to someone under federal indictment like Trump.

Brad Heath
@bradheath

18 U.S.C. § 922(d)(1)
makes it a federal crime to sell a firearm to a person

who is under felony indictment.

And 18 U.S.C. § 922(n)
makes it a federal crime for a person under indictment

to ship or transport a firearm

Too bad Trump didn't buy the Glock. He could've been charged for the same crime as Hunter Biden. That would've been entertaining, his only real use anymore.
