lol. Taken out of context because Turley says this case is nonsense despite the fact that he's in legal trouble.. This case is a laugher because the government doesn't set valuations, the buyer and seller do. It will be overturned.
 
If its overturned it would be setting a brand new precedent for loan fraud. The state can only act on what the current interpretation of the law is. I think the odds of that happening are very slightly higher than the odds of Joe Biden solving the Rieman hypothesis.
 
The appellate court or SCOTUS if it gets that far will look at the state's valuations for Trump's properties and laugh. Besides, all of this is too subjective to come up "real value" for a property and it's not up to the state to determine what it is.
 
Cool. We can disagree. Thats fine. If we cant even agree on the goalposts then theres no real point in arguing in the first place because theres no point either of us could be proven wrong.
 
And Judge Aileen Cannon's ridiculous special master order has been reversed by the 11th circuit court of appeals in a unanimous verdict. Shocking no one but Trump.

Wow, that was a well written persuasive letter. I'm not a Loomer fan but she really stuck it to the judge and his wife. For those who cry "Ginny Thomas" as if that is somehow equal to this case it would only be equal if Ginny was online attacking those going before Thomas which she didn't.

Loomer has to be attacked because she exposes so much. Especially the faux RDS campaign.
 
Honestly I am just shocked that the wife of the Judge routinely attacked unfairly by Trump has a negative opinion to share about Trump. I am truly horrified.
