Of course this will happen. The regime thought the American people still believed they were legitimate and these indictments would tank his numbers. Any real inspection in these cases show they are shams like all the bull**** they threw at him since 2015. That GA case has a chance to completely destroy the narrative of the 2020 election so they’ll run from continuing that case as fast as possible.

Still has the NY criminal case to contend with. Yeah, it's a sham like the others but with the mental retardation we've seen from the juries there Trump will need help from the appellates/SCOTUS.

And nothing you posted here has anything to do with Trump actually being innocent. Maybe he can get the documents case delayed since he has a Judge he appointed helping him. Speculation is she only set the case in May to try to block the Georgia case and when the trial gets close she will delay it. I doubt the Georgia trial gets pushed back beyond the election. It doesnt go away even if Trump wins. Presidents cant be indicted but theres no precedent saying people can use the Presidency to block already pending charges. Best case scenario he can get it pushed back till after he leaves office. The NY and DC cases will be finished before the election anyways.
 
The Special Counsel in the Biden documents investigation is not expected to file any charges. Now to wait for the Stooges to cry that an elected official who gave documents back when asked and cooperated isnt being treated the same as an elected official who refused to give documents back, lied about having them, and tried to obstruct the investigation. I wonder which one it will be. My money is on Garmel since he is allergic to context he doesnt like.

I would love to see the part in the law where you can have illegally held documents that you've had since the 70s but if you turn them over you're in the clear.

The documents were Trump's and the DOJ didn't follow proper procedure in retrieving them. I've shown this in B&W several times that I'm correct.

Trump was given the same treatment Biden was in terms of the documents. One handled it appropriately and one lied, deceived, and obstructed. Cry about it all you want, Trump has no one to blame but himself. He even has his own Judge he appointed on the case. Why isnt he attacking that Judge for not dismissing the case? You claim its clear Trump had the right to them but yet his own Judge isnt dismissing the case. His own Judge isnt treating the documents as declassified. His own Judge denied him the right to have them back to look at and requires him to only be able to look at them in a government SCIF under supervision and without his phone. So why isnt he attacking Judge Cannon for all these rulings?
 
Because we're still in the beginning of the case and prosecutors usually get their way due to the charges. Hell, the judge has every right to dismiss this case over the illegal leaks but she hasn't. Cases being dismissed by the judge happens but usually it's done by the prosecutor.

Unlike you I can show you where I'm correct looking at the statutes. All you have is what the prosecutor and the media is telling you to think.

Why hasnt Trump even filed a motion to dismiss based on his Presidential records act defense? I can tell you right now even with his own Judge that argument wont fly.
 
Fanni Willis asking for an August trial date for Trump. Might just be early enough for Trump to get an orange jumpsuit for Christmas.
