Trump Indictment Watch

Why hasnt Trump even filed a motion to dismiss based on his Presidential records act defense? I can tell you right now even with his own Judge that argument wont fly.

As I said prosecutors are given leeway on this so I doubt it will be dismissed. However, the Presidential Records Act and legal precedent will be what ultimately gets Trump freed and another black eye for Jack Smith.

And it's still not valued between 18 million and 27 million no matter if it's a residence or a club. It's still worth at the very low end of $300m. Trump has the property between 400m and 600m on paper and Trump's real estate witness said it's a billion dollar property.

Despicable. This is the kind of nonsense that occurs in banana republics.

"David Williams, who worked on at least one of three loans Deutsche Bank made to Trump in the years before he was elected president, testified Tuesday that it’s “atypical, but not entirely unusual” for the bank to cut a client’s stated asset value by 50% and approve a loan anyway, as it did with Trump,” Bloomberg reported.

Williams testified that Trump’s stated assets are merely an opinion and a difference of opinion in asset values does not disqualify the potential borrower from a loan.

“It’s just a difference of opinion,” Williams said, according to Bloomberg.

I told the bank my house was worth 750K.

Sucks they came back with a lower valuation.

I should be in jail now!

Going to be hysterical when all of these cases fall flat on their ass.

The only one that ever had a chance (WHICH I SAID FROM BEGINNING) was the documents case because thats in DC.

The GA indictment will QUIETLY go away.

Trumps lawyers argued that we cant have the Georgia trial in August because it would amount to election interference. I dont know what Fanni Willis's reply to that was but if I was her I would be showing all the comments from Trump about how these indictments are helping him. I would be asking Trumps lawyers that if they think Trump is going to win then when exactly would a trial be held, are they acknowledging that a trial could happen while he is President-elect or President? We all know if they manage to push the trial back long enough and he wins then they will argue it cant go forward while he is President. But they dont want to make that argument now when it would support having an earlier trial. Fanni Willis needs to nail them down on that issue.

All expert witnesses are paid including the clown who said Mar-a-Lago was worth 18M to 27M.

Perhaps you should read up on Bartov instead of coming up with ridiculous comments.

"Bartov testified that financial statements are just starting points for lenders, and that the documents’ value estimates are inherently subjective opinions. Differences in such opinions don’t mean that there’s fraud, the professor said.'

That word "subjective" keeps coming up.
