Trump Indictment Watch

Trump now asking for 3 more days. Probably not a good idea to insult and demean the Judge if you want favors. Also not a good idea to send your lawyer to do a media tour telling people you have lots of money and wont have an issue paying the bond.
 
Only in a blue state can someone lie and destroy evidence but still win 86 million dollars.

I don't know if Trump can afford the bonds for both cases and might have to let one go. That's a shame because there's not much chance either one will hold up in the appeal courts.

It is amazing what the left is doing to our justice system. The obvious lawfare that Colorado tried to pull on the nation came one court away from succeeding.

Yep. Unfortunately, we can't keep having these states who don't care about the Constitution or the rights of the accused if that person happens to be someone they do not like.

Colorado was literally sued by voters claiming Trump was not eligible to run for office. Its just asinine to claim the person being sued to compel action is the one initiating the action. And then even after losing Colorado put Trump on the ballot anyways before the Supreme Court even heard the case. Beyond that its not the lefts fault that Trump is a fraudster and a criminal. Garland didnt even indict Trump for the J6 stuff and the documents. He appointed a special counsel who is a registered independent to oversee the case. The same as he did for Biden except when he appoints special counsels for the Biden he appoints Republicans. Yet you still whine like a baby. You people want to talk about corruption but you do nothing but defend the most corrupt man in America. Give me a break.

Like when Trump/Barr appointed a special prosecutor to gave after Hillary but he couldnt even find cause to indict her and even the flimsy indictments he did get were laughed out of court? Trump ran on "lock her up". He appointed a special counsel to go after people he didnt like. He constantly advocated for anyone he didnt like to face criminal charges. He tried to leverage Ukraine into announcing a public investigation of Biden on charges with no merit whatseover IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAMPAIGN. You people can **** off with your bull****. If anyone started it, it was Trump. So go cry me a river with your fake outrage.

However, now we're seeing actual lawfare in place against Trump. I know you're not smart or informed enough to understand that but it is.

Even the anti-Trump people who are not leftists here see it as well.
 
He appointed Durham Special Counsel to go after Hillary. He tried to leverage Ukraine into publicly announcing an investigation into Biden DURING THE CAMPAIGN. Those are actions. Trump has filed dozens of defamation cases against Hillary, Carroll, CNN, and all of his other perceived political enemies as well. He just appealed a RICO lawsuit he tried to file against Hillary that was dismissed with prejudice last week.
 
Remember when Trump was running on "lock her up" and Republicans said how its not acceptable to prosecute your political opposition? If Republicans want to be taken seriously then be consistent. Dont cheer prosecuting political opponents when its a Democrat than clutch your pearls when a Republican is prosecuted. I was all for prosecuting Hillary personally. Wish he nothing but the worse. And now when I cheerlead the same thing for Trump I get **** from you people. Your problem with prosecuting Trump is you know he is guilty. If he was actually innocent you people wouldnt care nearly as much because you would know an exoneration is coming.

You do realize that it's possible not to like Trump and yet still agree that the cases are BS and the DOJ is corrupt? Those things aren't mutually exclusive.

It's hard for me to gather much sympathy for Trump. I've never been fond of his antics. But it's not hard to point out obvious corruption.
