He does have Presidential immunity for official acts as all Presidents do. He does not have Presidential immunity for campaign acts. I think it takes a very naive person to believe his actions were not campaign acts.

He is every leftist when the subject of Trump is brought up.
 
So, by your logic, the only people that are capable of being an unbiased Trump juror are people who would vote for him? Nothing anywhere gives him the right to a trial by juror of his supporters. If you want to say no Democrat can be on the jury because they are biased thats fine as long as you also accept that any Trump voter would also not be an acceptable juror. I am going to take a shot in the dark and say not every adult in the city capable of serving on a jury votes or care about politics. About 340k people in DC voted in 2020 out of a city about about 700k.

Anybody with an actual bit of sense knows DC is not a fair place for Trump or any conservative.

I'll trust my own eyes and the words of people in the legal profession over your opinion.

Seems a bit odd to me that a man claiming 100 million supporters(atleast) and to be one of the most popular figures in America says he cant get 12 fair jurors in a city of 700k people, or NY, or anywhere else with a Democrat majority. He can always pick a bench trial if he doesnt like the jury option. Theres nothing inherent about a person being a Democrat or Republican that disqualifies them from being a juror of a political figure. If you think jurors are biased like that then odds really are in his favor because he only needs 1 juror biased in his favor to win.
